Return Policy (RMA)

Please go ahead and start a chat once you have logged in and send your request for a return label. Make sure to provide the following information when you send the chat request.

Once you have submitted these details, within 12 hours, a RMA label will be sent out to your email address sent in the chat support and you can then track your Products return/RMA from the Dashboard once you have logged in.

RMA process usually takes 48-72 hours after the shipment delivery day when we get the RMA. We might be able to complete the RMA process within 24 hours of delivery date if RMA label is paid by the customer.

Most of our products are replaced and sent our with the next following order while some exceptions can happen if store credit is needed which can be used for future orders.
